FBLA-PBL offers regional, state, and national conferences and meetings that promote leadership development. FBLA-PBL conferences are a great place for members to share ideas with others and to enhance their leadership skills.
Maryland State Fall Leadership Conference (SFLC) Students and advisers participate in motivational general sessions and professional development and career planning workshops.

The next Maryland Fall Leadership Conference will occur in 2010. The dates and location will be announced when they are available.
