Connor Swatling began his career with FBLA during his sophomore year as a Co-Founder of his local chapter. His determination to excel in the organization led him to the national conference the following year, giving him the opportunity to learn from other members and national business leaders. Actively seeking ways to further his contributions to Maryland FBLA, Connor engaged his chapter in community projects, fundraisers, and other events, to spread the word about the organization. These efforts were rewarded when membership in his chapter doubled the next year. Now, as a Senior, Connor proudly serves the members of Maryland FBLA as the 2010-2011 State Webmaster. He looks forward to Breaking Barriers with his fellow State Officers, and introducing the Future Business Leaders of America to others who seek to further themselves.
